Strengthen Ideological and Political Work of Party Members Community Mobility under the New Situation

随着社会经济飞速发展,各种社会组织和经济组织日益增多,社会人员的流动性不断增强,给社区流动党员思想政治教育带来一定难度。如何在新形势下加强社区流动党员思想政治工作已成为亟待解决的问题。本文通过对社区流动党员思想动态、群体特点、教育管理中存在的问题等进行分析并提出对策建议,进一步加强流动党员思想政治教育,夯实党在基层的执政基础。

With the rapid social and economic development,various social organizations and economic organizations are in-creasing ,and social personnel's mobility is also increasing,which enhance the difficulty of ideological and political education on community Mobile party members.How to strengthen ideological and political education on community mobile party members in the new situation has become a serious problem.This paper analyzes community mobile party members'ideological trend , group characteristics,education and management problems that exist and makes suggestions to further strengthen their ideolog-ical and political education and consolidate the foundation of the party in power at the grassroots level.
