企业的持续竞争力只有通过人力资源才能进行整合和发挥效用。本文通过对福州麦德龙仓山商场的人力资源优势分析,区别于众多从经营模式和商业形态的麦德龙竞争力分析,试图从这个兼具国际化和本土化的企业的人力资源管理中寻找可借鉴和学习的企业持续竞争力优势。
