近几年就业压力的增大,有些毕业生因为各种原因,没法在离校前或毕业后一定时间内实现就业,引起国家和地方主管部门的关注,并出台就业促进政策。面对离校未就业的高校毕业生,应该说高校责无旁贷。本文通过对高校毕业生现状进行分析,并对离校未就业的原因归纳,最后运用职业指导理论来构建高校可以对在校生、离校未就业毕业生提供的职业指导方案。

In recent years,for increasing employment pressure and various reasons,some graduates cannot find jobs before leaving or within a certain period of time after graduation.It attracts attention of national and local authorities and lead to the e-mergence of employment promotion policies.Universities have responsibilities to face the employment of college graduates.The paper makes use of vocational guidance program to construct that provided to colleges based on analyzing the current situation of college graduates,concluding the reasons of unemployment,summarizing the reasons for unemployed graduates.
