摘要
本文通过分析个人身心因素对大学生学习倦怠心理产生的影响,分别从自我约束能力差,身体健康状况不佳,学业压力大、学习兴趣缺乏,奋斗目标及动力缺失,认知偏差、缺乏自信,个人情感困扰等六个方面做出了解读,从而归纳出自身是否积极上进是学生在校期间综合表现优劣的主导因素,并据此提出了相应的预防对策,对于大学生学习倦怠心理的把握和有针对性的处理此类问题都将起到一定的指导意义与参考价值。
The article interprets respectively from poor self-discipline ability,poor health,big academic pressure,the lack of interest in learning,the lack of struggle goal and motivation,cognitive deviation,the lack of self-confidence,personal emo-tional problems and so on through the analysis of the impact of individual physical and mental factors on college students'learn-ing burnout psychology.Thereby the author induces whether they're motivated is the leading factor of school comprehensive per-formance in colleges and puts forward corresponding preventive countermeasures.It will have certain guiding significance and reference value for the understanding of college students'learning burnout psychology and targeted to handle such problems.
