English linguistics is one of the core required curricula for English majors,it plays an important role in cultivating students'language quality and improving knowledge level of English linguistics for the students.Now,in the teaching process, there are many shortages of English linguistics.Through the Enlightenment of constructivism theory on English linguistics class teaching,this passage analyzes the current existing problems and provides thoughts and suggestions for English linguistics class teaching.
