大学公共英语教学中英语应用能力的培养策略

摘要 与其他的教育相比,大学公共英语教学在目的性方面存在着一定的差异,具有目的性较弱的特点。同时,学校对大学公共英语教学的重视程度不够,教师在教学的过程中抱有消极的仅完成教学任务的心态,这些因素导致了大学公共英语在教学方面存在质量不高的问题,尤其是在学生的英语应用能力培养方面。当前,大学生公共英语应用能力不能够满足社会与就业方面的需求。本文阐述了大学英语的培养目标,在明确培养目标的基础上对大学公共英语教学现状及问题进行了分析,提出了英语应用能力的培养策略。 Compared with other education,there are certain differences in college public English teaching in terms of purpose, which has the characteristics of weak purpose.At the same time,college doesn't lay enough emphasis on college English teach-ing,in the teaching process,teachers only complete the teaching tasks passively.All of these factors lead to the lower quality of college public English teaching,especially in the area of English application ability of students.At present,college students'English application ability can not meet the needs of society and employment.This passage expounds the training objectives of college English and analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of college public English teaching on the basis of the specific training target and puts forward the training strategy of English application ability.
