摘要
职业教育是我国教育事业中与经济发展紧密相关的部分,本文根据我国职业教育的发展及开展的关于高职院校教师精神需求各方面的调查,分析高职教师的精神需求现状及其内涵和特点。
The vocational education is closely related to economic development in the education business of our country.This paper,based on the development of vocational education in our country and the development of higher vocational colleges of teacher in all aspects of the spiritual demand investigation,analyzes the present situation,connotation and characteristics of teachers'spiritual demand in higher vocational colleges.
