摘要
随着高等教育的不断深化和改革,学生管理工作在教育领域越来越受到重视。针对艺术院校学生管理工作存在的不足,分析当前面临的挑战,提出学生管理发展的策略,以期满足学生发展需求和提高学生管理效率。
High Education changes rapidly and the reform gradually deepens,student management has attracted many concerns along the way.To improve the inefficient student management work in art schools,this paper has analyzed the current situation in the field and promoted many student management strategies,for the purpose of better fulfilling student’s demands.
