Overview on Anti-poverty of the Communist Party of China since the New Century

新世纪以来,学界关于中国共产党在扶贫研究日益活跃并取得一定的成果。在理念方面,学者们认为扶贫实践遵行以人为本的扶贫理念,同时扶贫实践要与小康社会建设相适应。在扶贫的路径方面,学者们集中探讨了构建和谐社会的扶贫路径和实现科学发展观的扶贫路径。在具体扶贫举措上,学者们提出促进平等就业、提高教育、缩小贫富差距、构建社会保障制度等诸多措施。建构扶贫的科学理念、可行路径以及有效措施,是今后学界扶贫研究应该坚持的发展方向。

Since the new century,scholars have become more active on the Communist Party of China in anti-poverty research and achieved certain results.In concept,the scholars believe poor practices to comply with the concept of people-oriented poverty reduction,while poor practice must adapt to the well-off society.In the path of poverty alleviation,the scholars have focused on the poverty path path to build a harmonious society,poverty alleviation and the achievement of the scientific concept of development.In the specific poverty reduction initiatives,scholars have put forward to promote equal employment,improving education,narrow the gap between rich and poor,many measures to build the social security system.Construction of scientific concepts,practical and effective measures to help the poor path,is the academic study of poverty in the future direction of de-velopment should adhere to.
