摘要
目前,大专院校各学科教学过程中都或多或少的在使用开放式教学,并取得了显著的实践效果和理论效果。如何在高校的合同法教学过程中充分发挥开放式教学的优势,实现合同法的教学目的和教学任务,是我们所要面临和解决的重要课题。本文笔者将在分析开放式教学特点的基础上,简要分析开放式教学在大专院校合同法教学中的应用。
At present,the teaching process of colleges and universities in various disciplines are more or less in the use of open teaching,and has achieved remarkable effect of practice and theoretical results.How to give full play to the advantages of open teaching in the teaching process of colleges and universities in the contract law,the contract law to realize the teaching goal and the teaching task,we have to face an important issue and the solution.In this paper,the author will briefly analyze the applica-tion of the open teaching in contract law teaching based on the analysis of the characteristics of open teaching.
