试论如何开展精细化职业指导

在就业人数不断增加,就业形势日益严峻的情况下,就业问题越来越成为关注的焦点。大学生在职业定位,求职过程以及职业生涯规划等方面呈现诸多不适应问题,粗放型的职业指导已满足不了职业指导工作的需求。采用何种有效的方式开展职业指导,成为高校亟待解决的问题之一。因此,根据社会现实情况,结合求职者自身实际,开展精细化职业指导工作是必然的选择。由于开展精细化职业指导的思想理念的偏差、内容体系的不完整、师资队伍的不健全以及工作形式的不灵活等原因,造成高校职业指导缺乏精细化,形式主义现象严重,效果不佳。解决这一问题的途径,需要分步骤有层次地开展精细化职业指导,实施个性化服务,完善师资队伍,拓宽工作渠道,建设数据平台。

The employment situation is increasingly serious,and it has increasingly become the focus of attention.Students presented problems in many incongruities professional orientation,job search and career planning.Extensive career guidance can not meet the needs of vocational guidance work.What effective way can be used in vocational guidance has became one of the problems to be solved in universities.Thus,according to the social realities,combining with their actual job seekers,it is an inevitable choice to carry out meticulous career guidance .As a result of deviation ideas,inadequate faculty and inflexible forms of work,college career guidance is lack of fining and formalism is serious.To solve this problem,we need to carry out fine career guidance,implement personalized service,improve faculty,broaden the work channels,and construct data plat-form.
