The ideological and political education development value includes the value of three aspects,namely,the ideolog-ical and moral,comprehensive human development and social development.In this paper,the author discusses ideological and moral education in colleges and universities in the practice of ecological civilization to explore the intention of political and ideo-logical education in colleges and universities.As an result workers,universities and the overall socio -economic and cultural nature of organic complex ecosystem of people can move forward effectively.
