摘要
近几年来,网络经济的快速发展,要求职业教育也不断走向工作制度化、规范化、程序化。同时,高职院校班主任工作不断受到挑战,不仅要完善学生管理制度标准体系并强化实施、严格执行,还要发挥班主任自身引领、推动、规范和保障作用,实现学生科学管理,打造服务升级版。文章从"以人为本"工作理念出发,探讨提升高职院校班主任服务学生工作能力的路径。
In recent years,the rapid development of network economy has required the occupation education to work unceasing-ly to the procedures of work -institutionalization,standardization and programming.At the same time,the work of head teach-ers in vocational colleges has been challenged,not only to improve the student management system and strengthen the imple-mentation of standard system,strictly enforce them,but also to play their role of Leading,promoting,regulating and guarantee-ing to realize the scientific student management and upgrade the service.From the "people -oriented"working concept,this paper explores the path to improve working capability of service to college students in Higher Vocational Colleges.
