摘要
在中国,传承着"民以食为天"的精神,中华文化上下五千年,源远流长,博大精深,传统食物对每一个中国人来说可是打着"老字号"的招牌。擂茶粥是广东英德农村地区的汉族传统美食,有着几百年的历史,色香味俱全,唇齿留香,老少咸宜。但是擂茶粥的现实发展却面临诸多瓶颈,文章分析了原因并提出解决建议。
In China,inheriting the "hunger breeds discontentment"spirit,the Chinese culture has a long,broad and profound history of 5000 years.For each Chinese,traditional food is in the name of "old -established".Tea porridge is the tradition Food with Han nation in the rural areas of Guangdong Yingde,having a history of several hundred years,full with color,flavor, taste and fragrance,which is suitable for all ages.But the reality development of tea porridge is facing many bottlenecks,this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward suggestions.
