大学生兼职活动中的问题与对策研究

随着在校大学生自我发展逐渐趋于成熟,不再仅仅满足于将全部精力集中在学习方面,更注重对自身综合素质的锻炼,很多在校大学生都将视野投向校外,纷纷利用利用课外时间进行兼职。但是由于在校大学生缺乏对社会和自身实力的足够了解,在兼职过程中经常会遇到各种各样的问题,甚至会严重打击在校大学生兼职的信心。因此,应当加强对大学生兼职安全和合法权益的监督。大学生在兼职过程中会面临各类问题,必须予以重视并加以解决,尽可能地为其提供更加优越的兼职环境,促进大学生的全面成长。

With the gradual maturity of the self-development of college students,they focus not only on learning knowledge in college but also on the comprehensive quality practice.More and more students go outside of the college to do part-time job in extra-curricular time.However,due to lacking of understanding about the real society as well as their ability,they meet vari-ous problems during the experience,even lose their confidence.Therefore,we need to improve the supervision of safety and le-gal rights of college students'part-time job.The problems need to be paid attention and solved.The students need a more quality part-time environment to improve their development.
