就业工作和招生工作一样,都是民办高校生存和发展的生命线。本文以广东某民办高校调查为基础,分析民办高校学生就业的现状及存在的问题,并提出民办高校做好就业指导工作的对策。

Employment and recruitment are the lifelines of private colleges and play important roles in the survival and develop-ment of colleges.This thesis which is based on the research of certain private colleges,analyses the current status and existing problems of students'employment and offers the countermeasures on the employment guidance of private colleges.
