"Double Hundred" Policy- The Lifeline of Prosperity and Development of the Party History Culture

党史文化是中国共产党产生发展以及领导人民群众在长期革命、建设、改革实践过程中积淀起来的一种特殊文化。它对于加强我国人民的思想建设、增强民族凝聚力具有重要意义。要实现把我国建设成为文化强国的目标就必须大力发展党史文化,坚持贯彻执行"双百"方针是被实践证明了的发展和繁荣党史文化的重要措施。本文回顾了"双百"方针形成的历史,总结经验和教训,并指出"双百"方针在营造宽容和谐文化氛围、加强党史文化人才建设、坚持马克思主义理论、尊重党史文化发展规律方面的重要作用,是党史文化大发展大繁荣的生命线。

The Party history is the culture that developed by the Communist Party of China and inherited from long-term revo-lution,construction and reform practice of the people.It is important to strengthen the ideological construction of our people and enhance national cohesion.To achieve the aim of make China into a cultural power we must vigorously develop cultural his-tory and insist on the implementation of the "double hundred"policy.This paper reviews the history of the "double hundred"policy formation,sum up experience and lessons,and points out the important role that"double hundred"policy in creating a culture of tolerance and harmony strengthening the cultural history construction personnel,adhering to Marxism theory and re-specting history and cultural aspects of development law that history and cultural development and prosperity of the lifeline.
