摘要
由于对目的与功能认识的偏差,教师评价工作存在许多不足。运用教学共同体理论,深入反思教师评价的功能定位,重新梳理师生之间、督导与教师之间以及学校管理者与教师之间在教师评价中的角色关系,有助于促进教师评价走上正轨。
College teacher evaluation has many deficiencies owing to the deviation from understandings of the its own purpose and function. Under the guidance of teaching community theory,this paper reflects the orientation of college teacher evaluation and teases out the relations among the roles of teachers,students,inspectors and school administrators in order to get the college teacher evaluation on track.
