With the popularization of higher education and generalization,the majority of the goal of fostering talents in colleges is to let students to be applied talents and general education plays a very important role in the process.through general educa-tion,applied talents can make a more comprehensive and reasonable knowledge structure,strengthen the comprehensive quality to form a sound personality,achieve the goal of sustalnable development and further the applied talents of the coordinated devel-opment of professional knowledge and social practice.
