校企合作与校企知识转移机制问题研究

Studies on the Cooperation and the Mechanism of Knowledge Transferring between University and Enterprise

在新常态发展态势下,我国的开放力度更大,市场活力更强,各大企业都获得了发展的新契机,但是我国企业目前面临的创新力不足、人才短缺的问题依然严峻。随着社会对人才要求的不断提高,我国的教育发展十分迅速,然而当前教育面临着理论与实践脱节的问题,这使教育的作用难以得到全面的发挥。在这种企业与教育均面临困境的背景下,校企合作互利互惠,并重视知识转移推广应用,为学校与企业的发展都带来了新机遇。本文就在资料调查和实地考证的基础上,对校企知识转移机制的问题展开讨论,分析其制度的合理性和优越性,提出可行性建议对策,希望为校企深度合作的发展助力。

Into the current China's enterprises and universities have been developing to a new stage.The cooperation between universities and enterprise benefits the mutual and reciprocity to both.In this paper,problems of the mechanism of knowledge transferring between University and Enterprise are discussed and put forward the feasible suggestions and countermeasures.
