The progress of modern science and technology,as well as the growing trend of reporting personal privacy by mass media has brought enormous potential threat. Privacy is a kind of personality right and intended to prevent countries or other organizations and individuals to infringement of personal freedom of choice,as long as the choices don't interfere with other people or the order of the society.
