批评话语分析(CDA)认为话语是一种社会实践,社会实践的主体由于处于不同的社会地位,对同一社会事实会有不同的建构,而话语斗争也因此展开。基于以上认识,本文对浙江农民倪海清因销售自制特效药被捕这一案件进行了批评性语篇分析,旨在从话语的角度探索这一案件争议的根本原因,并提出通过加强话语对话性减轻这一社会矛盾的建议。

Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA)that discourse is a kind of social practice,the subject of social practice due to the different social status,have different construction on the same social facts will,and discourse conflict has therefore launched.Based on the above understanding,this article on the Zhejiang farmers Ni Halqing due to selling homemade medicine arrested the case of critical discourse analysis,alms to explore the root causes of this case disputes from the perspective of dis-course,and put forward the proposal of easing the social contradictions by strengthening dialogue.
