关于五年制高职中外合作办学模式探析

摘要 五年制高职中外合作办学模式是从传统办学发展而来的,五年制高职中外合作办学模式通过吸取国外先进的办学模式,引进国外的先进管理资源,主张以人为本的管理理念,更加强调学生价值的发挥。在近年来,五年制高职中外合作办学模式逐步发展成为了办学领域的一种思潮,并逐渐应用到了高职的办学过程之中。传统的高职办学模式逐渐暴露出一些问题,落后的办学模式已经不能够与现代教学理念相符,高职学校必须要积极探索办学模式的新思路,积极贯彻以学生为中心的办学模式,引进国外先进的办学模式,提高高校的教学管理水平。本篇文章就五年制高职中外合作办学模式进行了较为深入的研究。 The school- running mode of Chinese- foreign cooperation in higher vocational colleges with five- year system developed from traditional education. It has absorbed foreign advanced school- running mode,introduced foreign advanced management resources,advocated people- oriented management concept and laid more emphasis on students ' value. In recent years,it has gradually developed into a kind of thought in the field of the school running and been applied to the school- running process of the higher vocational colleges. However,it has gradually exposed some problems in higher vocational education,backward educational mode can't consist with the modern teaching concept,higher vocational colleges should actively explore new ideas,carry out the student- centered school- running mode,introduce foreign advanced school- running mode and improve the level of teaching management in higher colleges. This paper has conducted the in- depth research on the school-running mode of Chinese- foreign cooperation in higher vocational colleges with five- year system.
