高职生在成才过程中,由于多方面原因,出现很多问题,比如对政治不关心、心理问题突显、就业困难等。究其原因,就是高职生不能理解培养目标及构建自身发展目标。帮助学生理解教育目标、自觉培养方向感,是促进高职生自身全面发展,成其为促进社会主义现代化建设的合格一线基层生产者的重要途径。

In the growing process of students' of vocational college,due to various reasons,a lot of problems come up,such as not to care about the political and psychological problems,and employment difficulties. The reason is that the vocational college students can't understand the training objectives and construct their own development goals. Help the students to understand the educational goals,consciously cultivate a sense of direction is an important way to promote the comprehensive development of vocational students themselves and to promote the construction of socialist modernization of the qualified line grass- roots producers.
