摘要
钱穆先生在《中国历代政治得失》一书中认为,古代中国政治传统中就已经具备了民主精神,体现为皇权相权分立与政权开放。只是这一传统由于少数民主的特权政治才被中断。中国传统政治并不具备民主所必需的公共精神。中国传统政治文化本质上是一种家国体制,因此在历史中屡屡出现皇帝侵犯制度的现象。
In the book of < The gains and losses in China ancient politics >,Mr. QIAN Mu belives that the spirit of the democracy has been possed in political tradition in acient China and it realized as the separation and the opening between the imperial power and premier power. Because of the minority privileges politics,it was stopped. So the traditional politics dosen't have the necessary public spirit of the democracy. Chinese traditional political culture is a domestic system in essence. Therefore,it repeated the phenomenon of the violations of the emperor system in the history.
