发扬党内民主和推动党内民主法治化是内在统一的。促进党内民主法治化是发展党内民主,推动社会主义民主法治的必然要求;是加强党的建设、促进党的事业发展的必然要求。推动党内民主法治化要做好党员权利保障、完善民主集中制、健全党内法规体系等等工作。

Realization of inner-party democracy under the rule of law is to develop inner- party democracy and promote the inevitable requirement of socialist democracy under the rule of law; it is the inevitable requirement to strengthen the party's construction and promote the development of the party's cause. To promote inner- party democracy under the rule of law,we should guarantee the party members' rights,improve democratic centralism and perfect inner- party laws and regulations system.
