新近出台的刑法修正案中,对于未成年人刑事案件附条件不起诉制度作出了特别规定。本文主要概述了未成年人刑事案件附条件不起诉的主要特点与原因,以及相关适用条件与类型,并就其适用过程中客观存在的问题作出扼要分析,藉此提出相关完善建议。

In the recent introduction of the criminal law amendment,it has made special provisions for minor criminal cases ofconditional non- prosecution system. This paper mainly summarizes the main characteristics and causes of juvenile criminal cases with non- prosecution,the applicable conditions and types and makes a brief analysis on the objective existence of the problems in the process of application as well as puts forward relevant suggestions.
