摘要
财产关系在是一种物权归属问题,在婚姻家庭的财产关系中,处理相关问题除了会适用《婚姻法》,也会适用《物权法》处理相应的财产问题,物权法与婚姻法之间在财产关系的调整方面存在一定的交叉。
