摘要
在斯腾豪斯"评价即研究"思想的启发下,我们倡导教师在过程性评价中开展研究,研究中评价,评价中研究,实现教师专业发展的同时促进学生的健康发展。本文主要从理论上阐释过程性评价中教师研究的内涵、特点和意义。
Under influence of Stand House's "the process of evaluation is the process of research",we advocate teachers to carry out research in the processing evaluation,evaluate in the research and research in the evaluation to realize the teacher career development and to promote student's development at the same time.The paper theoretically explains the connotation,the char-acteristic and the significance of the teacher's research in the processing evaluation.
