试论加强高职院校法治教育的内容与途径

On Strengthening the Contents and Ways of Law-related Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文从高职院校法治教育的意义、内容和途径三方面对高校法治教育进行研究分析,提出高职院校在法治教育中要注重教育的目标和方法,不断优化整合资源,紧密联系大学生学习生活实际,培养其法治意识,树立法治信仰,夯实法治知识,对大学生综合法治素质进行全面培养,达到高职院校法治教育的根本目的。

This paper studies and analyzes the law-related education in colleges and universities from the perspectives of the significance,content and ways of law-related education in higher vocational colleges. It puts forward that higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the goals and methods of law-related education,and constantly optimize the integration of resources and close connect with college students’ study and living reality,cultivate their legal consciousness,establish law-related beliefs,consolidate law-related knowledge,so as to comprehensively cultivate the comprehensive legal quality of college students,and achieve the fundamental purpose of law-related education in higher vocational colleges.
