摘要
利益是人类行为动力的根源。包括物质利益与精神利益、经济利益与政治利益、当前利益与长远利益、集体利益与个人利益。从产教融合各方利益角度进行问题分析,并研究协调不同主体间的利益关系,直接从根源上剖析高职院校全面深化产教融合利益的驱动所在,为产教融合的进一步发展提供借鉴。
Interests are the source of human motivation. It includes material interests and spiritual interests,economic interests and political interests,current interests and long-term interests,collective interests and individual interests. This paper analyzes the problems from the perspective of the interests of all parties involved in the integration of production and education,studies and coordinates the interest relations among different subjects,and directly analyzes the driving factors that drive the comprehensive deepening of the integration of production and education in vocational college,providing reference for the further development of the integration of production and education.
