摘要
在英语教师面试现场,考生在仪表仪态、语音面貌、口语表达、授课模式、重难点突破和英语书写等方面的问题,为英教专业教育教学改革和人才培养提供了依据。本文就英语教师素养培养的角度提出了策略,旨在为基础教育和经济社会建设培养合格人才。
In the interview for English teachers,the participants show some deficiencies in deportment,pronunciation,spoken English,teaching mode,key and difficult points,and writing criteria,which offer the first-hand materials for teaching reform and talent training of English education major. This paper puts forward some strategies in English teachers’ accomplishments training,and expects to contribute to qualified talents for schools and social construction.
