Research on the New Employment Path of College Students Based on Supply Side Reform

市场经济体制内,中国各个高校的大学生正面临严峻的就业环境。而供给侧改革的来临却为就业市场开拓了一些全新的发展空间。针对此,本文将以供给侧改革作为研究背景,对供给侧改革开拓的大学生新就业路径进行深入研究。文章先对大学生就业情势进行了简单分析,而后则对具体的全新基于和新型就业路径展开叙述。望文中内容能够为各个高校环境内的就业以及创业导师提供一些基础的参考思路。

Within the market economy system,college students in various universities in China are facing a severe employment environment. The advent of supply-side reform has opened up some new development space for the job market. In view of this,this paper will take the supply-side reform as the research background and conduct an in-depth study on the new employment path of college students in the supply-side reform. This paper first analyzes the employment situation of college students,and then describes the specific new basis and new employment path. It is hoped that this paper can provide some basic reference ideas for employment and entrepreneurial tutors in various university environments.
