在创新发展战略指引下,"大众创业,万众创新"理念已经深入高等教育人才培养的具体工作中。根据相关高校创新创业教育的开展情况,可以看到创新创业教育和社会支持体系中存在的制约因素,由此应当在政策的引导下,进一步完善高校的教育和社会的支持体系,强化创新创业的实效。

Under the guidance of innovative development strategy,the concept of 'mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation'has been the training of talents in higher education. According to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in relevant colleges and universities,we can see the restrictive factors in innovation and entrepreneurship education and social support system. Therefore,we should further improve the education and social support system of colleges and universities under the guidance of policies to strengthen the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship.
