高等院校二级学院研究生培养及管理工作研究

Research on Postgraduate Training and Management in Secondary Schools of Colleges and Universities

高等院校的人才培养结构中,二级学院的研究生培养是重要的内容。研究生的培养中,做好管理工作非常必要。高等院校二级学院要将相应的管理制度制定出来,对网络技术合理应用,构建信息管理平台,实现研究生网络化管理,符合研究生的性格特点和生活方式,在管理上规范化,对研究生教育起到促进作用。本论文针对高等院校二级学院研究生培养及管理工作展开研究。

In the talent training structure of colleges and universities,the postgraduate training of secondary schools is an important content. In the cultivation of graduate students,it is necessary to do a good job in management. Secondary schools of institutions of higher learning should formulate corresponding management system,make reasonable application of network technology,build information management platform,and realize the network management of postgraduates,which is in line with the characteristics and lifestyle of postgraduates. In terms of management,standardization will play a role in promoting postgraduate education. This thesis is aimed at the graduate training and management of secondary schools of colleges and universities.
