摘要
通过深入剖析传统课堂模式下的高职就业指导课程存在的现实困境及基于MOOC的高职就业指导课的教学特色,阐明了进行MOOC教学实践的必要性。教学实践表明,基于MOOC的高职就业指导课从一定程度上化解了教师专业力量短缺和学生需求的差异性等问题,同时对提高高职学生的自主学习能力和沟通合作能力提供了有利的学习环境。
This essay clarifies the necessity of conducting MOOC teaching practice by analyzing the practical dilemma of the employment guidance course in vocational colleges under the traditional classroom teaching mode and the characteristics of the course based on MOOC. It is shown in the teaching practice that the MOOC-based employment guidance course,to some extent,has solved the problem of the professional teacher shortage and students’ divergent needs in study,and provides them a favorable study environment for improving the self-learning ability as well as communication and cooperation ability.
