The Application of “Fragmentation” Learning in Adult Education Teaching in Colleges and Universities

本文首先分析了碎片化学习的概念、特点以及种类,其次分析传统教学模式的劣势,之后简析碎片化学习对成人高等教育的必要性,最后重点探讨了碎片化学习在高校成人教育教学中的应用策略,以期能够为其他高校教师开展成人高等教育提供借鉴,从而促进我国教育体系深化发展。

This paper first analyzes the concept,characteristics and types of fragmented learning,then analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode,and then briefly analyzes the necessity of fragmented learning for adult higher education.Finally,the paper discusses the application strategy of fragmented learning in adult education teaching in colleges and universities,in order to provide reference for teachers in other colleges and universities to develop adult higher education,thus promoting the deepening development of our country’s education system.
