At present,there are always some problems that need to be solved in the professional ethics of college teachers,which has become a bottleneck restricting the healthy development of colleges and universities. Therefore,enhancing the professional ethics of college teachers is an issue that cannot be avoided in the current development of colleges and universities.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis from the necessity of college teachers to enhance their professional ethics and the ways of training,and aims to provide theoretical support for the development of college education.
