高职汽车专业现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship for Automobile Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,现代学徒制的高职人才培养模式是较为流行的。该模式培养出很多的专业技术人才,在促进我国的经济发展方面具有重要的意义。近些年来,在我国的汽车产业发展迅速的背景下,我国汽车行业对专业人才的需求越来越多,所以目前我国非常重视汽车专业人才的培养。本文对目前我国的高职汽车专业现代学徒制人才培养的模式进行研究,为如何为我国汽车行业的发展培养出高素质的汽车专业人才提供相关的建议。

At present,the training mode of modern apprenticeship is quite popular. This mode has trained a lot of professional and technical personnel,which is of great significance in promoting China’s economic development. In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s automotive industry,there is an increasing demand for professional talents in China’s automotive industry,so China attaches great importance to the training of automotive professionals. This paper studies the current training mode of modern apprenticeship talents of automotive specialty in higher vocational colleges in China,and provides relevant suggestions on how to train high-quality automotive professionals for the development of automotive industry in China.
