浅谈优化高职院校毕业生就业指导工作的三个着力点

On Three Methods to Optimize Employment Guidance for Higher Vocational College Graduates

高等教育从精英到普及的状态逐步转换,大学生数量逐年在增加,大学毕业生将面临越来越严峻的就业形势和就业压力。本文主要从提高领导重视、加强就业指导课程和完善辅导员(一线就业指导工作人员)就业指导体系三个方面为着力点进行展开,不断总结经验,优化高职院校毕业生就业指导工作。

With the transition of higher education from elitism to popularization and increasing numbers of college students,graduates will be faced with more serious employment situation and pressure. This paper tries to explore methods to optimize employment guidance for higher vocational college graduates from perspectives of leadership attention,employment guidance curriculum and employment guidance system for counselors.
