做好高职院校学生工作是培育学生"工匠精神"的前提,是新常态背景下建设"双一流"高职院校的保障。培养高职院校学生的"工匠精神"有利于把社会主义核心价值观运用到实践中,是贯彻职业教育改革方针的实际体现和内在要求。高职院校应该积极营造和谐富有活力的校园人文环境、大力推行立德树人教育理念和深化教学方式和教学内容的改革,着重培养高职院校学生特有的精神气质、工作态度和人文素养,大力发扬"工匠精神"。

To strengthen and improve ideological and political education of the higher vocational college students is to train their craftsman spirit. It is the guarantee of constructing'Double first-class'higher vocational colleges under the new normal situation. It is a necessary choice to practice the socialist core values. It is the inevitable requirement of vocational education reform and development in China. It focuses on the condition of actively creating a harmonious and vibrant campus environment,pushing forward the reform of state education systems,concentrating on the development of higher vocational college students’ characteristics and their professional attitudes so as to improve the construction of higher vocational colleges in a high level.
