摘要
贵州虽地处偏远,交通落后,但贵州仍然努力跟上近代化的浪潮。周西成主黔后,实施了一系列发展贵州经济的措施,在客观上促进了贵州经济的发展,甚至其影响一直辐射到今天,对此我们应该客观评价。
Although Guizhou is remote and backward,it is still trying to keep up with the tide of modernization. After Zhou Xicheng was in charge of Guizhou Province,he implemented a series of measures to develop Guizhou’s economy,which had promoted the development of Guizhou’s economy objectively. Even its influence had been radiated till today. We should evaluate it objectively.
