基于生本教育理念的高效课堂模式探索——以高职院校为例

Exploration of Efficient Classroom Mode Based on the Concept of Student-oriented Education——Taking Higher Vocational Colleges as Examples

现阶段高职学生呈现的主要特征包括:文化基础相对薄弱、思想活跃内心自卑和生源类型日趋多样造成的学生学习起点多样等。根据本人的高职教学经历和对于学生特点的把握,笔者认为以生为本理念下设计打造的课堂,能使尽量多的学生参与进来,让他们发现自己的"闪光点",使课堂真正成为高职学生高效获取知识和提升素质的重要途径。本文拟以生本教育理念为基础,对于高职院校高效课堂的打造,给出自己的思考和实践,为广大高职教育从业者,提供一些有益的参考。

At the present stage,the main characteristics of higher vocational college students are as follows: poor general knowledge,inner inferiority of the minds,and various starting points for students to study caused by increasing diversity of student sources. According to the author’s higher vocational teaching experience and students’ characteristics,the classroom based on the concept of student-oriented education is designed to make as many students as possible to find their own 'flash point'and make it the main way for higher vocational college students to acquire knowledge efficiently. This paper,based on the concept of student-oriented education,gives reflection and practice for efficient higher vocational education,and provides useful reference for the practitioners of higher vocational education.
