高职师资队伍建设的思考研究

Thoughts on the Construction of Higher Vocational Teaching Staff

本文根据高等职业教育培养目标,围绕师资队伍建设中表现比较突出的几个问题浅谈几点认识和思考。师资队伍建设要以德为先,合格的教师要有良好的师德和职业操行;师资队伍建设要以人为本,以学生为本,也就是要以人为出发点和中心点;亦工亦教的"双师型"建设,要注意二者的平衡发展;师资队伍的建设一定要充分考虑高职教育的"双重属性"特点;因此,为了更好地促进教师能力的培养我们就应该积极的建立和完善高职教师的评估机制。

According to the cultivation goal of higher vocational education,this paper discusses some understandings and reflections on some outstanding problems in the construction of the teaching staff. Teachers’ team building should be based on morality,and qualified teachers should have good teachers’ morality and professional conduct;teachers’ team building should be based on people and students,that is to say,should be based on people as the starting point and the central point;the'double-qualified'construction should pay attention to the balanced development of the two;teachers’ team building must be fully developed. Considering the'dual attribute'characteristics of higher vocational education,we should actively establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of higher vocational teachers in order to better promote the cultivation of teachers’ ability.
