摘要
目前各高校已成为互联网用户最密集的区域,网络以其高速度、大容量、交互性强等特点深刻影响着人们的生活、学习与工作。网络给我们带来积极影响,但同时,与之相对的是与日俱增的消极影响。积极心理学是对传统心理学的补充和升华,使心理健康教育的功能变得更加完善与平衡,特别适用于艺术类大学生这个群体。本研究旨在探讨根据艺术类大学生的群体特征和心理特征,在积极心理学的指引下开展行之有效的网络心理健康教育。
At present,colleges and universities have become the most densely populated area of Internet users. And the network,with its characteristics of high speed,large capacity and strong interactivity,profoundly affects people’s life,study and work. The Internet has had a positive effect on us,but at the same time,the opposite is increasingly negative. Positive psychology is a supplement and sublimation to traditional psychology,which makes the function of mental health education more perfect and balanced,especially suitable for the group of art college students. This study aims to explore the effective online mental health education based on the group characteristics and psychological characteristics of art college students under the guidance of positive psychology.
