民办高职院校基层党支部是我国基层党支部的重要组成部分,是我国高校教育体制中教书育人的重要载体。新时期提升高职院校基层党建组织力,需立足新时代民办高职院校的具体情况,主要从合理优化党支部的结合、加强党支部骨干队伍差异化建设、规范党支部日常工作等方面着手,立足自身,坚定党的路线方针政策,切实提升党支部的组织力,可有效发挥党支部的凝聚力,增强党支部的战斗力及教书育人的实践力,为我党培养现代化建设的可靠接班人。
