大数据时代下对高校教师道德修养的研究

Research on the Moral Cultivation of University Teachers in the Era of Big Data

大数据时代给人们的人生观、价值观、世界观带来了很大的冲击,高校教师的道德理想与现实发展之间的冲突日益严重,本文总结了高校教师道德修养现状;研究了增强高校教师道德修养的意义;借助大数据时代的信息,以互联网科学技术的发展为基础,对高校教师道德修养提出了相应的对策,期望为推进建设中国特色社会主义教育现代化、建设教育强国提供一些参考价值。

The era of big data has brought great impact on people’s outlook on life,values and world outlook,and the conflict between the moral ideal of university teachers and the development of reality is becoming more and more serious. This paper summarizes the current situation of university teachers’ moral accomplishment,studies the significance of strengthening university teachers’ moral accomplishment,and uses the information of the era of big data to make use of the Internet. Based on the development of networked science and technology,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the moral cultivation of university teachers,hoping to provide some reference value for promoting the modernization of socialist education with Chinese characteristics and building a strong educational country.
