Under the new economic situation,the development of global economic integration is deepening,and the cultures of various countries and regions are gradually integrated. In addition,the rapid development of science and technology such as computer and Internet has greatly changed people’s lifestyle and ideology. As an important base for cultivating future national talents,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the ideological and political work and management of college students under the new economic situation,grasp the correct development direction of college students’ thoughts and concepts,and make contributions to the cultivation of qualified successors for the socialist cause. This puts forward higher requirements for student workers engaged in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and more urgent needs for the professionalization,professionalization construction and development of student work teams.
