新型城镇化背景下农民工市民化的困境及对策研究

Study on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of Peasant Workers' Citizenization under the Background of New Urbanization

城镇化发展并非是对地域特征的单一划分。支持农民工获取城市居民认可,形成更为广泛的文化包容心态,才是加速农民工市民化的关键。为此,本研究分析了农民工市民化的困境,并提出了针对性的解决措施。以期通过公共服务、文化共荣、薪资收入等方面的具体措施,加速农民工市民化发展,达到新型城镇化推进的发展目标。

The development of urbanization is not a single division of regional characteristics. Supporting migrant workers to obtain recognition from urban residents and forming a broader cultural inclusive mentality is the key to accelerating the urbanization of migrant workers. To this end,this study analyzes the plight of migrant workers’ citizenization and proposes targeted solutions,so as to accelerate the development of migrant workers’ urbanization through concrete measures such as public service,cultural co-prosperity and salary income and achieve the development goal of new urbanization.
