摘要
教师共同体的研究是与教师专业发展研究息息相关的,教师专业发展共同体作为教师专业发展的有效途径之一,日益受到研究者的关注。国外对外语/二语教师专业共同体的研究较早,并且取得了一定的成果,而国内针对高校外语教师专业发展共同体的研究,起步较晚,相关的研究成果还很少。本文旨在对高校外语教师专业发展共同体的研究现状进行了梳理、评述,并对高校外语教师专业发展共同体研究发展趋势进行了分析,以期为高校外语教师专业发展共同体的深入研究提供一定的参考和依据。
The research of teacher community is closely related to the research of teacher professional development. As an effective way of teacher professional development,teacher professional development community has attracted more and more researchers’ attention. The studies abroad on the foreign language or second language teachers’ professional community are earlier and have made some achievements. However,domestic studies on the college foreign language teachers’ professional development community started relatively late,and relevant research achievements are still few. This paper aims at summarizing and reviewing the research status of college foreign language teachers’ professional development community,and analyzing the development trend of college foreign language teachers’ professional development community,so as to provide references and basis for further research on college foreign language teachers’ professional development community.
